Crème Skins is owned and operated by Crème Skins Pty Ltd, a company domiciled in and operating from the Republic of South Africa, with its principal place of business in Cape Town, Western Cape. We currently sell online; we do not operate a physical retail store.

3. Description of Goods and Services

Crème Skins sells performance undergarments. These include, but are not limited to, compression tops, tights/leggings and undershirts. Products are sold subject to availability, and details, sizing and pricing for each item are provided on our website or at the point of sale at events.

4. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and details. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• Fit and sizing may differ based on individual body types.
• We may update product designs or specifications without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / Instant EFT

6. Shipping Policy & Export Restrictions

We currently deliver within the Republic of South Africa only and do not offer international shipping or export of goods outside South Africa's borders.

We partner with a third-party courier service to deliver your order.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.
• Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive tracking details.
• We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, operational issues or any circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, we will assist in following up with the courier to the best of our ability.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

No Refunds on Change of Mind

Aside from defective items covered in Section 8 below, we do not offer refunds on purchases.

Exchanges

Before requesting an exchange, we encourage you to message us directly — our team is happy to help with sizing advice to help you get the right fit the first time and avoid the need for an exchange altogether. If you'd still like to exchange an item, this is permitted under the following conditions:

• The item has not been worn.
• Request is made by messaging us directly within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage or tampering will not qualify for exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

8. Defective or Faulty Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that appears defective or damaged:

• Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Include photos or videos showing the issue.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, where an item is found to be genuinely defective within 6 months of delivery, you may choose between a repair, replacement, or refund. We will assess the defect and work with you to reach a fair resolution as quickly as possible.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. If you made an error, contact us immediately — we will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing or transit.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Crème Skins website — including logos, branding, product designs, images and text — is owned by Crème Skins and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Crème Skins is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
• Delays caused by third-party couriers.
• Misuse of products or failure to follow care instructions.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, except where such limitation cannot be excluded under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
